Promotional flyers are a practical way to advertise a business, event, venue, offer or local campaign. Modern digital printing makes smaller quantities more cost-effective, so you can create a base layout, update it for different shows or promotions, and print only the quantity you need each time.
This helps reduce waste while keeping your print targeted to the customer group, location or event you are focusing on.
Flyer Sizes, Paper Weights and Artwork Setup
We can print promotional items in a variety of sizes, from A7 to A4, with A3 also useful for short-term posters. Flyers are normally produced on 80gsm or 100gsm paper where the job qualifies as zero-rated for VAT.
Please note: tinted stock and heavier papers are available at an additional percentage charge. Small artwork adjustments may also be charged where files need extra preparation before printing.
Promotional Flyer Prices
Guide prices are shown for common A5 and A4 promotional flyers. Colour flyers are based on 100gsm paper and black-and-white flyers are based on 80gsm paper. If artwork requires adjustment, there is a £5 charge on jobs under £20 plus VAT. For tinted stock add 10%. For heavier stock add 7.5% for 160/200gsm and 15% for 250/300gsm.
